AI content pipelines with a human editor in the loop

Produce more useful content (product descriptions, location pages, briefs, social posts, newsletters) without publishing generic AI filler that hurts your brand and your rankings.

What's included

What AI Content Pipelines covers.

Scoped to your site and goals. Not every engagement needs every item, and the audit tells us which ones matter most.

01

Workflow design

From source material to published page, with review steps where they matter.

02

Brand voice guides

Prompts and examples that make AI drafts sound like you, not like a chatbot.

03

Source-grounded drafting

Drafts built from your own documents, interviews and data rather than the model's memory.

04

Structured outputs

Product descriptions, FAQs, meta descriptions and schema produced consistently at scale.

05

Review & QA

Fact-checks, duplication checks and an approval step before anything is published.

06

CMS integration

Drafts delivered straight into WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, ready for an editor.

How I approach it

The honest version

Every pipeline I build follows one rule: AI drafts, people decide. The pipeline gathers your source material, drafts in your voice, flags claims that need checking, and lands drafts in your CMS for an editor to approve.

Google rewards helpful content regardless of how it's produced, and acts against content mass-produced mainly to manipulate rankings. A well-built pipeline keeps you firmly on the right side of that line.

Good questions

AI Content Pipelines FAQs.

Will Google penalise AI-assisted content?

Not for being AI-assisted. Google targets unhelpful content and scaled content abuse, meaning mass-produced pages with little value. Human-reviewed, source-grounded content is fine.

Which CMS can you publish to?

WordPress, Webflow and Shopify all have solid APIs for drafts. Others can work through Zapier, Make or exports.

Who owns the content and the workflow?

You do. The workflows run in your accounts and the content is yours.
