Links are still one of the strongest signals of trust on the web. I earn them the slow, safe way, through outreach, PR, partnerships and listings, and clean up the risky ones you already have.
The short version
You don't need thousands of links. You need the right few dozen: relevant sites in your industry and region that a real person would click. Those are harder to get than a $50 guest post, which is exactly why they work.
Every link I build is one you'd be comfortable explaining to a customer. No private blog networks, no automated link packages, no "guaranteed DA 50" spreadsheets.
Links from the industry, local and media sites that matter in your market.
Accurate listings across the maps, directories and assistants customers use.
No risky shortcuts, and a clear record of every link earned and why it matters.

Good questions
It depends on your competition. I benchmark against the sites ranking for your target terms, so the goal is grounded in your market rather than an arbitrary number.
A placement is a link in a new article; an insertion adds a link to a relevant article that already exists and ranks. Both are arranged through manual outreach to real site owners, on relevant sites with genuine traffic, and every one is reported.
Backlinks are links from other websites to yours. Citations are listings of your business name, address and phone number, often without a link. Both build trust; citations matter most for local search.
Typically two to six months after they are indexed, depending on how competitive your market is.
