Growth & Product

Product management for websites, web apps and mobile apps

A senior product manager when you need one: someone to turn goals into a roadmap, write clear requirements, keep designers and developers moving, and make sure what launches is what users need.

What's included

What Product Management covers.

Scoped to your site and goals. Not every engagement needs every item, and the audit tells us which ones matter most.

01

Discovery

User research, competitor reviews and stakeholder interviews that define the real problem.

02

Roadmaps

A prioritised plan tied to business goals, not a wish list.

03

Requirements & user stories

Clear tickets with acceptance criteria that developers can build from.

04

Backlog & sprints

The backlog and team rituals run in Jira, Linear or your tool of choice.

05

Launch planning

SEO, analytics, QA and communication handled before release day.

06

Measurement

Success metrics defined up front and reviewed after launch.

How I approach it

The honest version

Good product management is mostly clarity: what are we building, for whom, and how will we know it worked? I write that down early and keep the whole team pointed at it.

Because I come from search, launches include the things product teams often forget: redirects, metadata, structured data, analytics events and page speed.

Tools I use

  • Jira
  • Linear
  • Notion
  • Figma
  • Miro
  • GA4

Good questions

Product Management FAQs.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. I usually work alongside in-house or agency developers and designers, filling the product role.

Is this a full-time role?

No. It is scoped to a set number of hours a week or a specific project, which suits teams that need product leadership without a full-time hire.

Do you manage mobile app projects?

Yes, for iOS and Android apps, including release planning and app store optimization.
