How I approach it

The honest version

Framer's SEO basics are solid: crawlable pages, editable metadata, sitemaps and redirects. Where I add value is structure, meaning the right page hierarchy, internal links and content for a site that needs to rank.

For content-heavy sites with complex CMS needs, I'll tell you if Webflow or WordPress would serve you better.

Good questions

Framer FAQs.

Is Framer good for SEO?

For marketing sites, yes. It generates crawlable pages with editable metadata. Very large, content-heavy sites usually suit Webflow or WordPress better.

Can I move off Framer later?

Yes, though the design would need rebuilding. Your content and URLs can carry over with redirects.

How fast can a Framer site launch?

A focused marketing site can often launch within a few weeks once the content is ready.
