How I approach it
The honest version
Squarespace handles the technical basics well: SSL, sitemaps, mobile layouts and clean URLs. What it can't do is decide your site structure or write pages that match how people search. That's where most Squarespace sites fall short, and it's fixable.
Its limits (less control over code, fewer advanced SEO settings, a fixed blog structure) matter more for large or complex sites than for most small businesses.
