How I approach it
The honest version
AI has changed prototyping. A clickable, realistic prototype that used to take weeks can now be built and revised in a day, so more ideas get tested and fewer bad ones get built.
Prototypes are designed with search in mind: page hierarchy, headings and content structure are settled before development, when they are cheapest to get right.

Is a prototype the same as a website?
No. A prototype is for testing and feedback. Once the direction is right, it becomes the blueprint for the production build.
Can the prototype become the real site?
Sometimes parts can, but production sites need proper hosting, a CMS, accessibility and performance work. I'll tell you what can be reused.
Do you design mobile apps?
Yes, including interactive mobile prototypes for testing flows before development.
